This service package permits real estate investors who possess a property valued at 2 million AED or higher at the time of acquisition to apply for a renewable 10-year residence permit. The permit allows for the sponsorship of spouses, children, and parents. In cases where the property is mortgaged, a bank letter confirming a paid amount of 2 million AED must be submitted as evidence.
Eligibility Criteria for Golden visa(Property Investors):
1) The property must be valued at 2 million AED and fully owned by the investor (can be one or multiple properties) in the applicant's name.
2) The property can be mortgaged, but a no-objection letter from the bank must be provided, confirming that the bank does not oppose the issuance of a residence permit for the property, along with details of the paid amount and outstanding balance.
3) The applicant must be present within the UAE.
